After years of working in the field — designing network segmentation for financial institutions, responding to incidents in critical infrastructure, auditing identity architectures against frameworks like ENS and ISO 27001 — we kept seeing the same pattern: the tools available were either too generic, too expensive, or built by people who had never sat in a SOC at 3am.
SkyDefended exists to close that gap. Each product we release is a direct answer to a problem we encountered with real customers. Identity Hub LaaS came from watching organizations struggle to federate dozens of providers without leaking context. Process Mining for Security came from the frustration of having to explain process deviation to a board that only understood dashboards.
We are part of NexoCyber Networks S.L., registered in Spain, operating across the EU. Our engineering culture is shaped by the constraints of regulated markets — which means our products are ready for them out of the box.
Born from real problems
Every product we build started as a gap we saw in a real customer environment — not a whiteboard exercise. We have been in the room when the breach happened, when the auditor flagged the finding, when the architect had to choose between compliance and operability. We chose both.
Architecture-first, not feature-first
We design for scale, multi-tenancy and isolation from day one. No retrofitting security onto an existing product. Every SkyDefended service is built assuming it will run in a regulated environment — because it will.
Compliance as a feature
NIS2, ENS, ISO 27001, Zero Trust — these are not checklists we apply at the end. They are constraints that shape the architecture from the first commit. Our customers should be able to pass an audit without scrambling.

We are not a startup chasing a Series A. We are a team of engineers and architects who have spent careers in enterprise security, networking and cloud — and decided to build the tools we always wished existed.
